Instructions: Click on the first day you want, then the second, which turns your requested dates green and populates the date fields in a popup at the bottom of the screen. Type your name where it says and then complete the anti-robot thing - for example if it says 'Write the number 2' then write 'two' in the box. Click 'make request'and it will send me an email.
Please note that if the dates you want span a month boundary then you need to make two requests - one for each month.
